How does the reverse tape method work?
The tape sits above your natural hair, not sandwiched around it. Your own hair acts as the barrier, so the tape does not touch your scalp. Makes application faster and removal cleaner.
How do I know if the shade will match?
Two ways. Use the Colour Match Me tool on the site, or send us a well lit photo through the chat and one of our stylists will recommend the closest match.
Can I colour or style the extensions?
Yes. Because it is real human hair you can heat style, wash and treat it like your own. For colour adjustments we recommend a professional colourist.
What if the shade does not work?
If the kit is unopened with security ties intact, we accept exchanges. Reach out to our support team through the chat or email and they will guide you through it.
